Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently decided to update my kitchen. I stopped at Got Granite Guys, after a recommendation from a previous client. I felt so comfortable immediately. Jordan and Erik treated me like I was their only customer. They did an outstanding job. They kept me informed every step of the way. They quickly answered any questions and got back to me right away, if I had an issue. I highly recommend the Got Granite Guys. The installation team was also great and made sure I was happy with the job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 0 complaints, 0 hassle, and 1000% recommended!!

I wish that I could rate higher than 5 stars! After many phone calls and visits to other countertop companies, the Got Granite Guys stuck out head-and-shoulders above the rest. They were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and not to mention, provided exceptional counters for our new home!

While in their showroom, we were asked the colors of our walls, cabinets, and floors, and then (with the help of AI), were shown how each of our favorite counters would fit in with our color scheme. We were not pushed to make any decisions and felt very supported throughout the entire process.

When it was time for measurements, they accommodated my work schedule and showed up at 7:30 before we had to leave for the day. When they did come visit our home for measurements, I provided the sink we had purchased. It was brought back to their shop in order to be slightly modified to ensure that it would fit on our existing cabinetry (which made us relieved because we were nervous that it wasn't going to fit!).

Once we made our decision on a countertop, the slabs were ordered, inspected, cut, fabricated, AND installed all with 8 days.

It was incredible!! The takedown of our old counters and installation of new counters, along with the sink install, took about 90 minutes. The installation crew gave us the rundown on curing time for the caulking and adhesive, general clean and maintenance guidelines, and were extremely kind and professional.

They came through in the morning, right on time, and the plumber that they are partnered with came through in the early afternoon to do the sink reconnect. It took them all of about 25 minutes to complete the drain and faucet hookup.

All-in-all, it was an extremely pleasing experience. We've never purchased or replaced countertops before, but I cannot express our gratitude enough for all of the support that they afforded us.

If you have read all the way through this, I urge you to consider using Gor Granite Guys for your countertop needs!!

Thank you so much for upgrading and brightening up our kitchen, where we'll make so many new memories with our gorgeous counters!
