From first phone call to final polish, here's exactly what happens when you work with Got Granite Guys.
Consultation
We start with a conversation. Whether you call, stop by, or request a quote online, our team walks through your project, timeline, and budget so we can put together an accurate estimate before anything is scheduled.
Design
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll visit our showroom to see slabs in person. Bring cabinet samples or paint swatches, and our team will help you choose the stone, edge profile, and finish that fit your space.
Templating
After you sign off on your selection, we send a technician to your home to build a physical template of your countertops. Because it is made on site, against your actual walls and cabinets, it accounts for every out-of-square corner before a slab is ever cut. It typically takes about an hour.
Fabrication
Back at our shop, your slab is cut, polished, and finished to your exact specifications, whether that's a classic polished edge or a honed matte look. Every piece is inspected before it leaves our facility.
Installation
Our installation crew delivers and sets your finished countertops, usually in a matter of hours. We level, seal, and clean up on-site, so your new countertops are ready to use the same day.
Most projects run about 7–10 business days from signed contract to final installation, depending on material availability and job size. Your project manager will confirm a timeline specific to your job.
